Q: Where do you shop?
We Prefer to shop at Winn Dixie Supermarkets but we will shop at any store that you request. If you would like to use our catalog items to shop at Walmart or Publix, please just let us know at check out.
Q: I want items from multiple stores?
Not a problem, we will shop up to two different stores for no additional charge. If you would like us to go to more than two stores, there will be an additional $3.98 surcharge per store.
Q: How much does it cost?
We charge $12.95 + 20% percent of the total grocery order. This Price covers two separate stores. We shop for on-sale items and use coupons you request to save you money.
Q: How do I pay for my groceries?
If you have selected items through our catalog, you pay for the $9.95 delivery charge up front through our website and pay for the groceries plus 20% of the total bill upon delivery. If you would like to pay cash for the whole order, we require you to submit your credit card information through our website or over the phone prior to us shopping for your order. We accept cash or credit at the time of delivery or we can charge your credit card through paypal.
Q: Is your site secure?
Yes, shopCWB.com is a certified website that uses an SSL certificate to ensure all your personal information is safe.
Q: Do accept coupons and loyalty cards?
Yes, we will clip requested on-line coupons and use your loyalty card if you provide us with the correct code for that specific store.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We love offering discounts to our customers. We have loyalty cards that drop the price for all deliveries from $12.95 + 20% to $5.95 + 20% on orders over $50 for the next year. Loyalty cards must be punched out ten times to qualify for the offer. We also offer a 10% discount on the total order price for Seniors and Veterans.
Q: Is there anything you do not deliver?
We are unable to deliver Alcohol at this time.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
We request a 4 hour notice for same-day deliveries, although most orders, especially small orders will be delivered within 3 hours if there is not a scheduled delivery for that time-period. Same-day deliveries must be scheduled by 5pm.
Q: Do you deliver on Sundays and/or Holidays?
We deliver 7 days a week, 10am-10pm but we are closed on most Holidays.
Q: Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes, we accept pre-orders up to two weeks in advance.
Q: I want my groceries pre-stocked for my arrival, how do you do this?
We love stocking your fridge prior to your arrival. If you are staying at a place we are partnered with, just ask us to pre-stock the fridge and we’ll take care of the rest. If you are staying elsewhere, please leave a door-code or contact information for who you’re staying with.
Q: How do I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
We request cancellations be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time. If you cancel your order within 2 hours of the your scheduled time frame, we may not refund your delivery fee or the 20% fee.
Q: Why do you request my credit card information on cash orders?
In an effort to protect us from fraudulent orders, we request that you provide us with your credit card information. If you cancel after your order has been purchased (within 2 hours of your scheduled delivery time), we will charge your card 20% of that order.
Q: What if an item I have requested is out of stock?
Your personal shopper will substitute a similar item.
Q: What should I do if there is a problem with my grocery order?
Please let us know of any issues immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
